WE TAKE SERIOUSLY ALL HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES AND WE ASK YOU TO STAY HOME IF YOU ARE FEELING SICK AND HAVE FEVER. ON OUR TOUR ALL CUSTOMERS AND TOUR GUIDES HAVE TO:
- WEAR MASK ALL THE TIME DURING A TOUR (INDOOR)
- PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING ON THE HIKES
- USE HAND SANITIZER
- WASH HANDS
- SNEEZE AND COUGH INTO THEIR SLEEVE
- DON'T SHARE FOOD AND DRINKS UNLESS THEY ARE FROM SAME HOUSEHOLD

PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MASK AND HAND SANITIZER. HAND SANITIZER WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR USE DURING THE TOUR.
Cancellation Policy
All payments are final and non-refundable. If you will cancel the tour more than 30 days prior the tour, you will receive a gift certificate which never expire and is transferable. If you will cancel the tour between 30 and 14 days before the tour, we will refund half amount of total price in gift certificate form. If you cancel less than 14 days before the tour we won’t be able to issue any kind of refund.
