Overview
There is nothing sweeter than the fresh taste of maple syrup! Walk through the sugar bush with the local guide and learn how maple syrup is made on maple syrup tour from Toronto.
We are going to visit White Meadows Farm in St. Catherines. The farm will explain the whole process of making maple syrup. Maple syrup is made only once a year, so don’t miss this opportunity!
We will hop aboard “Sugar Shuttle” and meander about 10 minutes on the tractor-pulled wagon through meadow and farmland. On a guided walking tour through the sugar bush, you will visit and learn about:

The tour will end up with maple taffy on snow!
Taffy on snow is a Canadian rite of passage. Line up as the maple syrup is heated in a cast iron pot over an open flame. Breathe in the deep, rich aroma of Pure Maple Syrup, steaming from the pot as it transforms into warm, oozy taffy.
Licking the finished, soft, amber candy off its stick is arguably the best part of your visit to the farm.
After the tour, you can also make your own souvenir – Branded Log Coin.
We will also visit a Sugar Shack, where you can see, how the maple syrup is boiled.
After the maple syrup tour, we will drive to Casablanca food court, where you can get your lunch or coffee.
After lunch, we will visit to waterfalls in Hamilton area – Tiffany Falls and Sherman Falls.
